We offer Children’s Liturgy of the Word on Sundays at the 9:00 am and 10:30 am Masses for children ages 7-11. The children are dismissed before scripture reading and they gather in the school and in St. Mary’s Center for a separate celebration of the Word. They hear the scriptures and learn more about the liturgy in terms more suited to their age level. Its purpose is twofold: to form children in a quality liturgical experience and to teach the children how to live the scriptures in their daily lives.
